Our members are primarily wholesale businesses and manufacturers. NASGW's mission is to be a trusted partner for our members by providing exceptional service and support through innovation, advocacy, and collaboration while connecting buyers (wholesalers) and sellers (manufacturers) through our annual Expo as well as offering access to industry-leading data through our SCOPE data platform.  [Next Section](https://nasgw.org/join-nasgw#main) ## Joining NASGW We have temporarily suspended the ability to join NASGW until after our Annual Expo. Member applications will be available after November 1st, 2026.  This is done to ensure new exhibitors and members have adequate time to connect with wholesalers before the Expo, set up meetings, and fully prepare to make the show a productive investment.  NASGW ## Wholesaler Membership Membership varies based on the gross sales of the member business. To Be considered for membership, wholesale applicants must meet the following criteria. - Regularly engaged as a sporting goods wholesaler for at least 3 years - Carries on the trade or business of purchasing sporting good merchandise, takes title to and maintains an inventory of shooting sports-related merchandise, extends credit to the retailer, employs a professional wholesale sales team, and other wholesaler functions and, without substantially changing the form of the merchandise, resells it to separately owned retailers for resale to consumers or industrial, commercial, institutional, or professional business users. - Separately owned retailers are defined as a person, firm, or corporation other than one (a) owned or controlled directly or indirectly by the sporting goods wholesaler, its officers, directors, shareholders or affiliates, or (b) owning or controlling the sporting goods wholesaler directly or indirectly by itself or through its officers, directors, shareholders or affiliates. - An application must be sponsored by another regular member who has been a member in good standing of the Association for at least 5 years and who has reliable knowledge that the applicant meets all the membership requirements. - All membership applications shall be submitted with payment of not less than one full year’s dues and a $500.00 non-refundable application fee. - An application must be approved by the board of directors - Approved members will be considered a voting member of the association ### Thank You For Your Interest in Joining NASGW #### We will be accepting new member applications starting November 1st, 2025 $ 5,000 ### Wholesale - Gross Sales: \<$100M $ 7,500 ### Wholesale - Gross Sales: $100M - $250M $ 10,000 ### Wholesale - Gross Sales: $250M or Greater NASGW ## Associate Member Affiliate members consist of a variety of membership types and industry roles. $ 1,525 ### Manufacturer- Importer - US based manufacturer or importer. - Exhibiting at the NASGW Expo. - Non-voting member of the Association. - Must complete a New Exhibitor Questionnaire. $ 1,525 ### International Manufacturer - International based manufacturer or importer. - Exhibiting at the NASGW Expo. - Non-Voting Member of the Association - Must complete a New Exhibitor Questionnaire. $ 1,025 ### International Wholesaler - International based Wholesaler/Distributor. - Working with Associate members or manufacturers-importers. - Non-Voting Member of the Association - Must complete a New Exhibitor Questionnaire. $ 525 ### Manufacturer's Representative - Representing a member firm or corporation as a sales agent. - Non-voting member of the association $ 200 ### Trade Press & Publishers - Engaged in reporting or publishing industry news or products of interest to Members. - Non-voting member of the association $ 425 ### Service & Suppliers - Providing products or services used or sold by regular Association Members. - Non-voting member of the association.
