The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers, in association with Growth Strategy Partners LLC, is pleased to announce a webinar designed to help shooting industry companies grow their businesses. The topic of this session is "Listen and Learn.  How Customer Feedback Increases Sales and Profits.

We know that the more you understand your customer’s needs and preferences, the better you can satisfy them and sell more.  Unfortunately, our experience is that most companies do not solicit customer feedback well, or at all. In fact, during a past NASGW webinar, over 65% of respondents said they ‘sometimes’ to ‘never’ survey their customers. 

Wow! How do these companies decide which products to develop or which features to add, which items to increase or decrease inventory; what services need to be improved; which customers are at risk of leaving and how to sell more in general?

We’ve developed an educational webinar to help you develop and implement a customer feedback system.  In this webinar we will:

  • Identify the need to formally survey your different customer types (end user, distributor, dealer)
  • Outline the types of information to be collected
  • List specific questions to you should ask
  • Outline options to collect survey information
  • Explain how to translate the results of the surveys into competitive intelligence, improved customer service and more sales
  • Outline how to build a customer feedback program
