Chris is an active IDPA, USPSA and 3 Gun competitor, past president of the FBI Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association and board member of his local gun club. Chris has spoken at the SHOT show and NASGW’s Annual Meeting.
A Director of the firm. George co-founded the world renowned SIG Sauer Academy and later founded the SIG PRO Shop leading them both to become a major profit center before retiring after twenty one years of service to the Company. He has spent his entire adult life working in the industry of firearms. He is also a regular contributor and field editor to Concealed Carry Magazine and Shooting Illustrated. Many of his innovations and ideas in firearms design features have evolved to production firearms improving function, ergonomics and aesthetics. George has served as the subject matter expert involving firearms and related matters on national television, radio and in legal proceedings.
